Fun with Fluids
Mar 30, 2011
There are so many different applications where you can use fluids. Here we create a smoking ball, with not much interacting with it. Other objects interact nicely with fluids so make sure you try out a few different techniques so you can really understand them. Make sure you spend some time learning the opacity graph, that 1 setting can really change the look of your smoke dramatically. I cover fluids very quickly in this tut, so for a more thorough breakdown of each attribute go to the maya help files. This is definitely a cool project so make sure you check it out!
